-Once the humidity inside nitrogen storage cabinets reach the set value, the system automatically cut off the nitrogen supply,and open again automatically once the humidity exceed set value.


·Equipped with over-humidity alarm + door open alarm , and data logging system. (optional)

-In case the interior humidity exceeds the setting value, or the door is open, it will immediately alarm with sound and light, to remind the operator.

What are nitrogen storage cabinets?

Climatest Symor® nitrogen storage cabinets are designed to control the filling of nitrogen gas into the cabinet, so that the preset relative humidity can be reached, the interior nitrogen storage cabinets form an inert gas surrounded environment, to protect the components that are easy to oxidize, this nitrogen cabinet can maintain humidity as low as 1%RH.


Nitrogen storage cabinets are the best low humidity control storage solution for electronic components, such as integrated circuits (IC), Printed circuit boards (PCB), medical devices, with faster humidity recovery time and more uniform low humidity condition.


Stainless steel nitrogen storage cabinets are also available, which meet the strictest hygiene requirements, SS nitrogen cabinet is ideal for storing semiconductor devices in cleanroom, like IC, wafer in cassettes.


How do nitrogen storage cabinets work?

Nitrogen storage cabinets squeeze out the moisture and oxygen inside the cabinet, as so to reach the desired humidity level within 1-60%RH, the N2 cabinet is equipped with nitrogen-saving device, once the humidity inside cabinet reaches the set value, the system automatically cuts off the nitrogen supply, and open again nitrogen supply once the humidity exceed set value, this saves 70% nitrogen

compared with traditional type.


Moreover, a multi-points gas supply system is utilized in the nitrogen storage cabinets, nitrogen is flushed into the cabinet through more than 30 small holes on nitrogen module (see below pic.), the nitrogen gas is evenly distributed in the cabinet to avoid the dead point and dead angle phenomenon caused by traditional single-point gas supply.

Nitrogen storage cabinets adopt high accuracy Switzerland imported RH sensor, with 2% accuracy.


The difference between nitrogen storage cabinets and electronic dry cabinets:

1. The nitrogen storage cabinets are filled with nitrogen gas to squeeze out the oxygen inside cabinet, so as to form an inert gas protection environment, this way can prevent the wafers, IC chips, and LED chips from being oxidized.

Nitrogen storage cabinets rely on the nitrogen purge to meet low humidity and anti-oxidization storage, the nitrogen purity is suggested to be >99%, nitrogen storage cabinets are commonly used in microelectronics, semiconductor industries


The electronic dry cabinet is auto dry cabinet, dehumidifying dry storage cabinet, which can absorb moisture and discharge to the outside, to form a low humidity storage environment, it do has humidity control ability.


2. The nitrogen storage cabinets use the inert gas to create an oxygen-free or low-oxygen environment, the products put into the nitrogen storage cabinets are basically moisture-proof packaging, oxidation is difficult to occur.
